Returns & Refunds

We care about your satisfaction and inspect every toy before shipping. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately.
You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to the return policy below.

Returns

You may return an item within 15 days of receiving it.

If the product is not defective:

  • Unopened items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund, minus:

    • Shipping and return shipping fees

    • Bank transaction fees

  • Opened but unused items (in perfect condition with proof of purchase) can be returned for:

    • Store credit or

    • Refund to original payment method

    • Refunds will be minus shipping fees, return fees, and any applicable bank transaction fees.

If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • We will cover all return shipping costs.

  • You will receive a full refund, including:

    • Original shipping fees

    • Bank transaction fees

All returns must include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
Cash, credit card, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.

  • For unopened items returned in original condition, the refund will be processed as described in the “Returns” section (minus applicable fees).

  • For opened but unused items returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase, the refund or store credit will be processed as described in the “Returns” section (minus applicable fees).

  • For defective, damaged, or not as described items, a full refund, including original shipping and bank fees, will be processed as described in the “Returns” section.

Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • You are responsible for return shipping if the return is due to a change of mind.
