We value the satisfaction of our customers, and we take pride in delivering our promise that we only send the best quality toys for kids, we inspect every package before they are sent out to be shipped. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your Le3ab Store item, here’s a quick, easy, and convenient guide about shipping, cancellation or refund to return the item and get your money back. 


  1. Cancellation

You can easily cancel your order before shipping out in case you change your mind right after placing an order. Just get in touch with us immediately and you’ll get back the full amount of what you paid to your preferred mode of payment, minus any bank charges incurred during the transaction.

  1. Returns

You can return products in case you change your mind or if they fail to satisfy you within 15 days after the product has been received. Unopened toys for kids with proof of purchase can be exchanged or refunded, while toys that have been opened with proof of purchase can only be exchanged for a credit or another item.

Products can be returned by shipping the item to our headquarters or dropping it off in our store. Please see the shipping instructions for the mailing address.


  1. Refunds

New and unopened returned items will be refunded in full to your preferred mode of payment or exchanged for another item. Our payment methods include cash, Credit card, Vodafone cash, or CIB Bank Transfer.

If the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was advertised, you will receive a full refund of your order including shipping charges incurred.


  1. Shipping 

Shipping and handling charges on the invoice are not refundable for returned products unless the item is defective or damaged. We are not responsible for return shipping, and the buyer should undertake to ensure the item reaches our facility safely before refunds can be issued.
