We import our toys directly from the United States, and we ensure that every item is genuine and meets our high standards for quality. We strive to provide our customers with transparent pricing, and every item is priced to include all applicable international shipping, customs, and taxes. There are no hidden fees or charges beyond the final price shown at checkout.

To secure your order, we require a 50% down payment (deposit) at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will be due prior to shipment or on delivery. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card and bank transfer.

Please note that if you change your mind after making a down payment, we may be unable to issue a refund. This is because we use the down payment to secure your order and to cover our costs for importing and storing the item. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a change in plans, and we will do our best to work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates and to ensure that items are delivered in a timely manner. However, shipping times for imported items may be longer than for domestically-sourced products due to international shipping and customs clearance processes. We estimate that most orders will be delivered within 4-5 weeks from the time of purchase.
